An intro ductory class where will will focus on learning foundational skills on trapeze, lyra and silks. We will work close to the ground and through safe progressions while getting to know new ways of moving and using our bodies. Being able to do a pull up, supporting your body weight or other prerequisite skills are not required. This is for you if you are looking for a fun new fitness tool, expressive art or comminity.
