| Starts on July 12th, 2024 and occurs every week on Fridays until August 18th, 2024, including July 21, August 14 & August 18 show day!, excluding July 19, August 16. | ||||

In this adult intensive, students will take 1 level appropriate class on Tu or Th and add the Friday choreo class. This mixed level class we will focus on choreography, sequencing and performance skills. Participants in the intensive will receive specific home training exercises to help participants reach their goals in flexibility, mobility strength and artistry. Hone in on refining your skills, building strength with 2 days a week of practice and bringing forth your artistry! We will have a performance August 18th in the eve, followed by a potluck | ||||

Thrive Movement Studio opened in the summer of 2014 and is a dream come true for Heidi Kirchofer Joel Melendez. It represents years of dreaming and scheming by the dynamic duo and lots of hard work by Heidi, Joel and Heidi's father Charles Kirchofer.
