| Starts on September 21st, 2023 and occurs every week on Thursdays until December 14th, 2023, excluding Nov 23. | ||||

is for students who are interested in focusing on bar apparatu. Half of the session will be spent on trapeze and the other half on lyra. Students in this class should have completed level 2 aerial and be able to easily get on the apparatus and be ready to work at height. | ||||

Thrive Movement Studio opened in the summer of 2014 and is a dream come true for Heidi Kirchofer Joel Melendez. It represents years of dreaming and scheming by the dynamic duo and lots of hard work by Heidi, Joel and Heidi's father Charles Kirchofer.
